He's definitely putting a ton into total body conditioning and really good nutrition. Your recovery rate at 44 years old needs to be accelerated. You'll only get so much from a natural recovery process. It's either a deal with the devil or the finest advanced cocktail a lab can produce.

Some people are just built different. A 42yr old just won the UFC 205lb belt. He had a 20+ yr career. He is Brazillian, but i do not think he ever popped positive for anything.

As for Henry he is a beast, but the Titans abuse him. The Steelers tend to do the same with workhorse RBS. I don't want to see us beat Harris into the ground

Sad for Henry and the titsticks. Love watching him play (unless I'm rooting against them that week).

And some people know how dirty sports really are when money is involved. Take it from someone who is in the know and involved in conditioning for 35 years..😉😉

I used to laugh at the Lance Armstrong backers and Crossfit people who swore up and down about the purity of their athletes. I personally think they should use whatever helps them recover strictly monitored by a doctor. Just stop with this joke of purity.

The history in NE doesn't bode well for following any rules either.

Still think he is taking some performance enhancing drugs. Not like the league would test him so he has the green light to shovel whatever he wants into his body. PEDs, penis's who knows what else. ****.
 
I don’t think it will change the Titans season much. They have a good OL so a replacement RB will be productive. Since Henry is not much of a receiving threat, it could actually expand the playbook somewhat and make them less predictable.

I would offer them Snell in a trade. He fits their offense.

LOL that would be like going from a Ferrari to a Ford Pinto

I fail to see how losing the #1 RB in the league by far is nothing but a bad thing. Good luck to Tannehill when there aren't 8+ guys constantly in the box anymore.

They'll win the division because it's terrible, but no way does Tannehill lead them to the AFCC let alone SB without Henry.
 
What a shame. Wishing him all the best. Great talent. Reminds me a bit of my fav RB of all time...Earl. Yes he played for a hated rival. But man was he good....... till he played us.
