I remember Tomlin's crush on the guy.
Buckeye can tell us...When's the last time he's been healthy? He seemed to have missed allot of time the last couple years.
2020 when he won DROY.Buckeye can tell us...
Good play on words. He’s young but has ligament injuries
I don't think it was an Achilles tendon injury. It was a Patellar tendon which gives the knee stability.2020 when he won DROY.
2021 was first the ACL and then the Achilles. Those injuries kept him out until the last 3 games of Washington's 2022 season.
You sir, are absolutely correct. It was the Patellar tendon. And he had a total knee reconstruction as a result of both the ACL and Patellar tendon rupture.I don't think it was an Achilles tendon injury. It was a Patellar tendon which gives the knee stability.
I am unsure if the tendon was part of his original knee injury or not. I read an article that said they took a part of the Patellar tendon from his other knee to repair his ACL injury. It could have been that.
It's really tough to put an exact time on it. There's the physical recovery and then just as important the mental recovery. I think we just all saw with Bush, some never recover mentally. You sir, are absolutely correct. It was the Patellar tendon. Hmmm, I'm sitting in a knee immobilizer as we type due to a failed patellar tendon repair and a missed PTFL ligament tear. Looking at total knee reconstruction myself. The timeline for recovery they are giving me, a 54 year old guy in slightly above average health for my age is, "around a year. Give or take a couple of months."
The full knee reconstruction is actually supposed to bring you back closer to 100% of where you were than just an ACL and Patellar tendon repair.
I wonder what it does for a high end athlete and what the recovery time is for those guys.
well, to be fair, dudes from Meatchicken are for the most part mental midgets (Woodley and Wormley excluded). It

That sucks Steel. Seems like you’ve had the issues with your Knee for quite sometime now. How the heck did they miss the ligameant tear? Obviously that was a setback It’s so much harder to comeback fully as you get older. But it will be done. You sir, are absolutely correct. It was the Patellar tendon. Yeah, the guy who did the patellar tendon surgery never sent me to get a "functional ultrasound" ... or any ultrasound. Just relied on the MRI.That sucks Steel.
