An article I read the other had quotes from Georgia officials who were not ok with it at all. They were complaining to several agencies, their senators, etc. that they had refused the offer of Homeland Security testing in no uncertain terms. The fact that they were still hacked at was not welcome news. Gubmint...gotta love it.
