Sending their 20 and 21 first round pick to Miami for good, not great Gas mask weed smoker OT Larami Tunsil and malcontent anthem protestor Kenny Stills.

This is why the coach should not act as GM. They make deals to save their *** short term

It seems Houston is trying to win now while Watson is on his rookie deal.

I personally believe that all of the hold outs and all for broke this year is that due to the CBA, there is a very good chance of no football next year, don’t see the parties agreeing

Because the steelers themselves told the world AB was a headcase, then they set an arbitrary trade deadline so they had to take the **** deal they were offered

This is very true BUt not the sole reason. Aclown contributed VERY heavily also. His actions were beyond control and forcing his way out. Buffalo had a decent thing going until the ******** intervened so that also contributed to take what ever the HELL we can get tot get this asZwipe out of there.

But that all started after Tomlin threw AB under the bus in his last press conference. That was when AB started acting out PUBLICLY. Before that it was internal. Even steeler beat writers seemed unaware of the extent of AB's antics.

Tomlin should have kept quiet. defended AB when asked, then behind the scenes you work with ABs agent to trade him. You tell them that they will trade him so long as they get a 1st rounder in return and the AB will be able to give them a list of acceptable desitnations.

Under those circumstances, the steelers could have dealt AB for a boatload of picks.

Miami's Oline is horrendous and they trade away one of their best ones. I kinda feel bad for their QBs

Old Billy boy ****** Penn State and now is ******* the Texans. What a piece of **** I’m glad he’s not our coach and I rarely say that lol

Actually, Billy Boy was a very good college coach and screwed Penn State by leaving - he's screwing the Texans by staying.

How come our ******** was worthless?

Brown was trying to force the Steelers to give him a new contract and accolades as indispensable to them... he didn’t want to leave, he just was playing games and intentionally sabotaging his value so the Steelers couldn’t deal him...

They got fed up, dumped him, and he is pouting on the Raiders cause his feelings are hurt... id almost be willing to think they were happy to not get a first for him, just to prove a point

AB already told the world he was a headcase, and the entire NFL knew it. It wasn't a secret.

Plus being honest about the communication between a WR and their team (when he doesn't show up for 4 days and lies about his reasons) isn't throwing him under the bus, it's stating fact.

Though I am still bent about the lack of trade value for giving up a potential HOFer.

Miami is planning to lose. It's an open secret. They are in tank mode, so for them it makes sense.

Houston is in a win now mode. Watson is on his 3rd knee surgery, I think. He needs protection.

To me teams knew that AB came with a significant risk. Which limited interest. When you have a limited amount of trade partners who all wonder if he will alter team chemistry it will domino downward trade value. Especially with a WR who wasn't willing to play for certain teams to boot. They wanted to get rid of the distraction now, as the relationship was broken. I wish we could have gotten more but I am happy the headache is in the teams rearview mirror.

One of the reason NE wins their division every year , no one in that division gives a **** what type team they put on the field

A championship is the only way the Texans can win this trade. That is a terrible deal.
