My neighbor used to pilot a barge from New Orleans to St. Pete loaded up with coal. Now he pushes anything his company can find to transport. Seems they shut down the coal burning plants in that area since they are only 99% cleaner than the **** they are burning in China/India. What has the cost per KW gone from?
