Get to him early, and often. And if need be knock his *** out of the game. I do not forget how Suggs hit Ben... Or how Miller was targeted.... Playoff time, time to smash, for us the fans who have stuck with this team all year, for years. Break the Ravens

Oh they will, they will. Flacco has to spend the better part of the day thinking about the eventual sack-strip-fumble that he knows is coming tonight, probably had nightmares of Deebo's glaring mug. Hotel's gonna have to change out mattresses in Joe's room after the ravens check out:D

My concern is Flacco will throw up multiple long passes that may or may not even be catchable and the Steelers will get banged for a Pass Interference call. Happens all the time. Play them aggressive!!

Definately need the front to PRESSURE!!!!! Get in flucco comfort zone. I never wish injury on any player for or against, that said, a good hard hitting 25+ sacks are OK!!!!!!!!!!!

Our secondary always gets sucked into this.

we have some young blood back there now, hopefully they are being coached to not touch Torry. That ****** is the Marsha Brady of WR's.

Which occers more tonight: the amount of times I yell at the TV because Harrison is hogtied from behind after he beats a tackle on a pass rush without a penalty or the amount of times the refs actually call it?

The Ravens WRs run to the DBs and intiate contact so they can flop and flail when they cannot get to a Flacco deep ball... It is how they are coached and it is the Harbaugh whining way...

That's easy, there is no penalty for holding #92....I'm pretty sure Roger put that in the rulebook a few years ago.

The Ravens flipflop = dook flop

Yanda will be average at RT so hopefully worilda can keep him busy. Can should abuse the RG as should Tuitt and Harrison the LT. They will have to max protect a lot. Bring ILB and Saftey blitzes up the middle and often

Getting Flacco's jersey muddy will be a big key to the game.

I think Flacco's a bit of a "fragile" quarterback even though he is big and doesn't miss plays. What is fragile is his little "safe" pocket and psyche. When that gets rattled a bit, he's a much different player.

We can't allow Flacco and the Ravens enough time in the pocket to play their 7-step drop, throw deep and hope for a penalty game plan. When that gets taken away, Flacco becomes dink-and-dunk David Carr. Let's just keep the plays in front of us, don't allow stuff over the top, don't take stupid penalties in the secondary and we'll be okay.

When you get pressure to Flacco, it will set him off for the entire game, expect for a drive or two. It is almost certain that he will complete a couple of long passes on a touchdown drive and odds are that it will be in the fourth quarter in a close game.

I'm all for HARD football !!!!!!!! Don't care about ref's as lomg as it is both ways, the same. Our defensive front should be able to handle therir OL front as opposed to our OL should be able to handle / slow their defenseive front enough. A lot of HARRIS down the gut, then play action quick. None of this bubble or reverse ****, screen yes, deep if there.
Fluck it, ONLY call plays that WORK !!!!!!!!

Was reading ESPN and you know an interesting stat that came up...
(excerpt from Simmons mailbag...)
"Well, ESPN’s Total QBR stat has a sub-category called “PEN EPA” which ESPN defines as “Clutch-weighted expected points added on penalties”, and Flacco is BY FAR the leader in this category. I looked back further, and it turns out the leader in that category for every year since 2009, other than 2012, has been none other than Joseph Vincent Flacco."

My estimated ratio is 7 to 1 ... as in, 7 times clear holding not called, and 1 holding penalty called when the left tackle wraps his arms around Harrison (yet again), and tackles him as Harrison is closing in on Flaccid.

However, as always seems to be the case, the Steelers sack Flaccid on the play and decline the penalty. I have Heyward getting the sack on the play.

Without doubt this is in their playbook.......flacco chucks it up and hopes for a pi.....you'd think officials would catch on.

If they are gonna give up the big play, I really hope Flacco getS HAMMERED, and pays for it the rest of the game.

Also this could be Troys last game, I hope shows up big time against the Ravens

This is Harrison's last shot at the Rats and at Flacco. I see him putting some big hits on Flacco.

Deebo against a rookie LT who has a weak punch and struggles against a bull rush? If its one and one I think Harrison gets 3 sacks and a strip-fumble. If the double him with chip blocks it takes away a receiver . . .win-win

I'm not sure it's good sportsmanship but I'm a believer that you hit the QB hard in the 1st quarter even if you have to take a penalty. Every QB gets happy feet if he gets hit hard - look at Ben when they hit him this year.

I like when we get Fleeco moving out of the pocket bad things seem to happen for him under that scenario.
