Hi All. I was one of the stupid one's who took Adrian Peterson in the first round. I'm now thinking I need to bolster my RB depth. Sproles is available, and I'm considering picking him up and dropping Eli Rogers. This is my money league and I'm in a 12 team PPR league. Here's my Roster:

QB: D. Carr, T. Brady
RB: Adrian Peterson, LeSean McCoy, Gio. Benard, & Christine Michael
WR: Brandon Cooks, Jeremy Maclin, Steve Smith Sr., Josh Gordon, Sammy Coates, Eli Rogers
TE: Martellus Bennett, Jacob Thame
K: Dan Bailey
Def: Arizona

I've considered perhaps trying to trade Peterson and/or just flat out dropping him, as the Vikings O-line blows. I probably wouldn't have drafted him where I did, but was totally unprepared for the draft (thought it was the following weekend) and did my draft over the phone.

Thanks!

If someone would trade you for Peterson you should do it. He's out 3-4 months. I assume someone may want him to store him on their roster as a keeper?

i'd drop him. he's out 3-4 months and by then he'd still need to practice and get used to running.
done. season.

I just looked and the two best available RB's are Sproles & Forsett. It's a PPR league, which one would you grab after dropping Peterson?

6 of one, half dozen of the other.
Sproles seemed to get a lot of PT, though I'd likely lean to Forsett.
