Interview with Kordell Stewart

I want to know the weight training secrets of Chet Fuhrman.

The Cowher era players were durable

Tell Kordell to spill the beans. MTC demands

I have one a statement/question. One of my favorite Kordell plays was a 90 yard bomb to Bobby Shaw against the Ravens in 2001. Can he talk about some of his favorite plays when he was in the Black and Gold?

Didn’t Shaw pull his jersey up in the endzone to reveal a Superman T-shirt?

Recently, we've heard a lot of talk that Stewart was ahead of his day and would fit in perfectly with today's NFL offenses. How does he think he would've fit in this era of QB play? Also, who is his favorite QB to watch in the current NFL?

From his playing days and since we are in training camp, what is his favorite story from camp?

I would be interested in his reevaluating of playing the “Slash” role long term, after having years to reflect on it.

Accuracy is accuracy in any era. Unfortunately Kordell didn't have it.

Like bkwheat28 said he could have been a superstar at WR. He was one of the most physically talented players at the time in the NFL and presented all sorts of matchup problems.

I already know that answer. He would go down the same path. I asked him once and he responded. You make more money as a QB. Or something to that effect.

Was it weird? You know when Cowher kissed you on national TV?

I got my username from him so you damn sure can bet I have a question or I will invent one.

Let me think....

In a foot race in your prime (in their prime) on a football field who wins between you, Mike Vick, and ratbird's Action Jackson?

Much love! Go 🐃 s!

I don’t remember that- I do remember Brian Billick and the Rats looking so dejected after that play.

I think it was the egg because that's where slashsteel was hatched from...................... :)

Slash, you were becoming a household name, a budding superstar had you kept the Slash role rather than be stubborn and insist on playing qb. You would have been the first modern day throwback player since George Blanda who played multiple positions well, and as you know George Blanda is in the HOF. Slash had already been making TV commercials and receiving endorsements.

Do you regret ******* i n g yourself?

THANK YOU Syryker !!!

I would just like you to extend a thank you for all his hard work & play for our beloved STEELERS and a personal thank you for being so respectful to the fans as I experienced that from him first hand.

Brian Billick wakes up every morning looking dejected. He was an offensive “genius” in Minnesota who rode an all time great defense to his lone ring. I can’t stand that smug P.O.S.

Part of my dislike for him was MOSTLY due to the rivalry between two very good teams (obviously the Steelers were GREAT).

He is a smug ****-er but he also seemed to coach pretty well. I respect that part.

Then he went TV analyst and acted like he knew everything and what each team needed to do to be successful, only he knew the answers.

Billick and Harbaugh were both perfect coaches for the Ravens. Neither are likeable and they helped make the rivalry better.

how did the interview go?

Not really a question. But what should have been Kordell's shining moment that turned to **** was the 2001AFC championship. Brady's first season. 21 frigging years ago. Isn't that a big steaming pile of turd.
