He is in concussion protocol… they won’t cut someone in that so it gives them an excuse to keep him
They made that concussion thing up. They're saying he must have had a concussion after that bonehead play he made.
Maybe they are trying to figure out where his brain is on those scans they did… it has to really small and hard to see…

I don't know how he still has a job. His biggest plays for the Steelers have been for the opposing team.

Well, Gunnar is out...we stand a chance unless he talks to McVisor.
Seriously, he has exactly two snaps, one on ST and one on O and produced the stupidest ST play in decades and a fumble that directly led to a lead changing TD and managed to get concussed while fumbling…
They could just sidestep around cutting him and just place him on IR for the rest of the season and bring someone else up or in. Cut bait with him in the off-season when the cap hit won’t hurt as much

Well let be honest here....our offense was good enough to win against the Browns. That is all that matters in the end. Plus I am sure Tomlin was ecstatic to get his in-season record to .500. A plus plus as the Rooney's see it I am sure.
