Canada to fly in 900 Syrian refugees a day: reports

Ottawa (AFP) - Canada plans to fly in 900 Syrian refugees a day as of next month, according to media reports, as the defense minister said showing compassion for these people sends a message to Islamic State extremists.

I can see how that will work out. Unless the Muzzies get too busy figuring out how to stay warm. Around February they might be saying. "This weather is bullshit, I'm going back to Syria."

Regardless of how you feel about taking on Syrians based on the fact they may be terrorists, I think we should be concerned about what is going to happen to these people when they get here. They have no money, probably cant speak english, and probably have little trade skills. If we get 10000 refugees where are they going to stay? Dont we have enough homeless people in the US? Why are we not helping our own people more. I just do not understand the line of thinking here. Are they going to get free housing / medical / money.....That is just totally screwed up to me.

I remember the mother of the soldier who died in Iraq protesting against George Bush. Her son voluntarily joined the army, was trained to use weapons, knew the potential danger, and died among his army mates while fighting a war that was voted on and approved. Yet she received a lot of attention and sympathy for her views.

So how the @#$% do we not see parents of these homicidal/suicidal terrorists on television every freaking day, telling ISIS or whoever that they should go @#$% themselves??? Criminal activity, suicides, accidents all lumped into one. The thing about those "gun deaths" is that you are highly unlikely to be killed by a gun unless you are engaged in a criminal enterprise, where as with inviting large numbers of military aged male "refugees" with a hostile ideology your chances of getting murdered go up exponentially.
