Well spit us some info. What do you like about him? A RayRay replacement?

slash I've pimped this kid most of the season

He is small....only 5'8", I don't think he has elite speed, but he is fast enough and his quickness made him a major part of the coogs defense. Some games he played outside the whole game but others he switched up and played outside and in the slot on both sides of the defense. Against cincy he matched up against Alec Pierce (6'3") and the kid only had 2 catches one was on a busted coverage and the other was TD where Jones got out of position in the endzone. In the first half cincy was in the redzone and did a fade to Pierce and Jones went up and knocked it away

He is a solid tackler and not afraid at all to take on the RB coming out of the backfield.

He got beat on a deep pass vs SMU and a couple of plays later he made a hell of a play to get the interception to end the drive, plus after SMU scored with 30 seconds left to tie the game Jones took the insuing kickoff to the house for the victory

He is better covering in the slot, especially on crossing routes. The few mistakes I remember him making were on deep routes where his technique failed him. He should get better with good coaching

as for his return game....well

Bring another smurf to the team

I know you have been pimping him just like new updates. Sometimes that perspective can change with a season tucked under your belt. I was kind of thinking slot as for his size and those quicks he might do well there. Worst case STs and return ability are interesting to me.

Is it that time of year already?

Yes but for others it's that time of the month................................... (think local troll)

Salute the nation

“He is a solid tackler and not afraid at all to take on the RB coming out of the backfield.”

I’m sold!!!

Bring another smurf to the teamt
****, I think we all would be much happier if they had KEPT one particular smurf on the team.
Speaking of which, this guy sounds like he could fit Hilton's role in the defense. Haven't had much success doing that this year.

I don't keep up with college football, but damn he's quick and changes direction on a dime. Very impressive.

I have to watch Christmas Story now

Filmed in the old Tremont area of good ol' Mistake On the Lake.

Not to worry about getting your eye shot out in that area of Cleveland.
