The funny thing about free agents is that you cannot make them sign with you... its a two way street and you have to want them and they have to want to play for you

$$$$ someone mentioned in another thread the Titans were interested in him and I'm guessing others as well. Simmons' agent probably fielding offers and maybe Kahn is reluctent to invest that much while other needs need to be filled and investing a boatload of cash in two safties. Hope we can work it out, he's someone I've been watching since Monday.

I was hoping for Chinn..
But this would be a nice addition also.
Personally.. I prefer my safety’s to be experienced players..

If they sign Simmons and nobody else I am alright with that . Match Simmons with MP. JPJ2 and Jackson on the outside. Queen and Roberts in the middle . Watt and Highsmith on the outside. Cam, LO and Benton on the inside. With that backfield the front sevens sack total will go up from coverage and with that front seven the interceptions will go up because most QB's when not getting planted like the Spring crop will make hurried and very bad decisions.
