Kapernick could put on a prolonged workout to prove he can play anytime he wants to. Saskatchewan Roughriders, Edmonton Elks and Hamilton Tigercats don't have starting QB worthy guys. If Colin truly believed he could play he would throw on a helmet for 400k instead of putting out a workout video once a year.
