Second week on a row opponent is essentially committing TE as a first layer against Watt. You have to be able to go plus one with inside backer.

can try moving him around or just letting him play CB some more
I've just never seen that. Usually the TE chips so the Tackle can use angle. They basically are saying you aren't going to beat us. I'm thinking that changes when Heyward returns. Plus if they commit to you can double a receiver.

I noticed it in one of the other games it seems more effective than a standard double team. To counter I would try Watt and Highsmith on the same side, Watt in the middle, or just bring an extra rusher. As good as Watt is he is going to need help to get through the layers.

On one play I saw the TE take Watt. Then slip off and waiting for him was the Tackle and RB who both engaged Watt. If have to hope others set up and make them pay.

Yeah, they did a good job with Watt. He got some pressure but I only recall one play where Watt only had one blocker and he almost got home. You have to have 2 guys on him. Highsmith was getting pressure on his side but damn did they hold him a ton. He would spin or go outside and you could see the arms wrap around him or grab his jersey, etc. They didn't call any of them that I recall. We definitely need better push in the middle. They played Adams a lot. What happened to Benton? I saw Leal but don't even recall seeing Benton. I am sure he was in the game at times but very quiet. A healthy Cam will definitely help. Put Cam, Ogonjobi and Benton or Adams in on obvious running plays. I hope that will help because, in general, this D struggles against both the run and the pass.
