Most businesses usually close and leave somewhere else. Only businesses that tend to thrive in those areas are gas stations and dollar stores. Ghettos are stuck in a cycle cause anytime they do get a nice store for the community, it often gets looted and vandalized etc

I went skiing a couple days ago and was in a dead radio zone, the only thing available was NPR...Their panelists were chasing each other round and round about women's rights and transgender rights and how a former man who identifies as a woman shouldn't be able to compete in women's sports, etc...They were also going on about their pronouns....

I could only stomach about 5 minutes of this and elected to turn it off and listen to road noise and the wind. It was pretty nice...Folks probably should just listen to something not involving a frequency...
