Wow, what an exhausting game. The defense in the 1st half was incredible. Burrow was tapdancing and cringing before the pressure arrived. He is going to get lit up running the ball - just not fast enough to avoid getting hammered.
Minkah played pissed. Two penalties where he went after the receiver, but he was also all over the field, making tackles, breaking up passes, and pick 6.
Jeez, need Watt to be okay. Game changer yet again.
The offense was ... did you see the defense?
Oh, but here's an idea. Don't single one of the 4 or 5 best WR's in the game, particularly with 4 seconds left on goal-to-go and a 6-point lead. Just a thought.
Need Watt healthy ASAP. The trio of Highsmith, Watt and Heyward are going to wear out passers. The slimy Bungles took advantage of a wide-open middle of the field for numerous short dumpoffs that went for 10 or more yards. Fix it, Austin.
The offense ... is dismal. If the team cannot give a RB any room, and cannot pass protect very well, that is not a good combination. But I heard a rumor about this number 88 who is pretty good. Way to save him for very late in the OT. Genius. Hey, secret's out, Canada - bust out No. 88 earlier next week!
However, the Steelers won because they were the better team. The referees should suck my ****. Again, endless grabbing of Steelers receivers is perfectly okay. Oh, and no holding except for one time on the sack because the ******* can then say, "Yeah, we called holding." But not on a 3rd and 4 where the ******* tackle lived up to his name by TACKLING Highsmith.
