Here’s a question. Would you like to see the Mannings buy the Steelers?

Personally, I’d absolutely love and welcome a change from the top. Peyton can be owner/coach and Eli can be the mascot.

I would presume Broncos as an intriguing team for them to buy. Perhaps the Panthers, WFT or the Jagoffs would also be interesting to see if they would be in the Manning Brothers grasp
 
Wonder how that would work with Arch coming into the league in a few years.

They would look good in black and gold. Weren't used properly by ESPN2.
 
They could put some money down and buy a piece of something. They are probably 100-150 million liquid between them. Maybe somewhat more. I really have no idea. They do not have NFL owner money. Not even close.
 
As stated above, they have money, but not nearly enough.
 
I would take the ******** rooney we have now over the manning. At least steeler football is in his blood.

A simple Google search shows that Peyton is worth about $250M and Eli $150M. It would be a partial stake in any team for sure.

I think the only thing the brothers grasp............................ is each other and it appears as though they do it Porperly.



As for them owning the STEELERS....................... pass as in NotA

They’d have to get investors for sure. But there’s enough billionaires out there that would be willing to invest in the Manning’s and a football team.
 
Maybe Beyonce and JayZ would kick in so they would qualify for financing. Wasn't J Lo looking for a baseball team at one time? Perhaps she would be interested.

The era of single owner or family owned teams is almost done. They have changed inheritance laws and taxes to such a degree that it’s near impossible to pass down ownership to family. That’s why teams have so many minority owners now.

Why would you invest everything you have, just to let someone else make the decisions?
