Been saying it for 3 years or longer now. The guy and his staff get taken to school on a regular basis.

Additionally, once the initial game plan is proven to be a mess, they cannot make adjustments during the game.

This game felt like the loss was inevitable from the 2nd quarter on.

I thought the Ravens crafted a great game plan...

Have their front seven dominate the line of scrimmage..

hell...I could of thought that one up!

the first half offense was pussfied, WE torched their secondary last game, and then they got rid of two of those CB's, yet we came out like a bunch of ******* instead of taking our offense to them, Tomlin as usual called a conservative game early, we were afraid of them instead of them being afraid of our offense.
Oh yeah and we decided to make up for the past few weeks in the penalty department, alot of really stupid penalties.

Tomlin is a poor head coach that has been protected by a great franchise and a loaded team. He has steadily made it decline and despite the fact we made the playoffs with a ridiculously easy schedule we are headed in the wrong direction. Next year we get pounded by the NFC West and face much better QBs than what we faced this year. Every good QB we faced tore Tomlin a new ******* just like they have done his entire career.

Haha yea that pretty much sums it up, they didn't do anything out of the ordinary.

Didn't like the two point convert at all, but Ben was running down the field on both TD's (AB's overturned and Bryant's) with the two fingers so I can't blame MT on that totally. I just don't think it was necessary yet. There was still plenty of time and a Ravens field goal would bring bring those lost points into play, which it did to some extent.

What happened to my "FIRE TOMLIN NOW" thread?

I wanted to see it hit 2000 posts! THE THREAD THAT WOULDN'T DIE!

BOOOOO! BRING IT BACK!!!

WAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

the two point conversion call was probably the worst call all year, we line up in a big set like we are running, eventhough we haven't run the ball worth a damn all game, then we run a play where we have ONE option to throw to, spreadthe damn field and let your qb have options

They knew that without any threat to run the ball they could pin their ears back and rush the passer. Excuse or not, losing Bell changes the entire offense. Once he got ruled out it was going to take some big game changing plays by our defense. Other than the one fumble it just didn't happen. They were the better team tonight.

Kicking field goals instead of scoring touchdowns and losing by a point at halftime was just fine with Tomlin. That's a bizarre viewpoint from a head coach.

The two point conversion seemed really unnecessary, but I was drinking a lot. Does their chart say to go for two in that situation? If so, the chart might be ****** up.

I'm pretty sure with like 11 minutes left, the chart is in a grey area. It might even say go, but I didn't like it. Hated the call even more. It was one of those situations where you had momentum and then let it shift back a bit.

But, we got the two on the safety. It was all the other points they gave up that really caused the problem.

again we ran a play where we had one option to throw to, whether is was smart to go or not, it was the dumbest ******* play call ever.

The single option pass play never fails. I'm not sure what happened. Ben may have needed to ****. I can't do anything right if I have to ****.

That conversion didn't end up meaning much. The play we ran was dumb as ****, but the decision itself wasn't a problem for me. We couldn't block them and we couldn't stop them defensively after the half. Our typical third and long bullshit happened over and over on defense. They were the better team tonight the way the rosters were constructed.

Maybe we're keeping the fourteen point play in our back pocket?

I'm pretty sure the two point conversion was a poor decision from a tactical perspective, but I've been drinking too much to prove it, or care.

Probably not a bad game plan on your part.

Should of used the play he saved a few years ago. Quit saving the damn thing.

Why not whip out the fifteen point play?
