Tomlin has no answers. I think that his message is falling on deaf ears and to a degree has lost the team for the most part. Ben, Cam, TJ, some others he has but most of these young guys just seem to do their thing and are more me type guys. No one is reigning them in, teaching them. According to Tomlin when they reach this level they should already know what to do. Need I say more?
