So everything I've seen on ESPN has pretty much three candidates as MVP. Rogers, JJ Watt and Romo.. Why the hell is Romo in the MVP race but no mention of Ben? I really don't care, I'll take a superbowl winning QB who shows up for the playoffs over a choke artist but still I don't understand it.

I vote JJ Watt, the guy is the biggest game changer in the league right now. That said, yeah I vote for Ben over any other offensive player. Maybe I am just too old school in wanting a defensive player to win it. I still think Deebo got hosed for not winning an MVP when he absolutely abused the entire league for a couple of years. If he played pre "holding is allowed now" he would have ended up with 45 sacks in a year, dude was that awesome.

I agree with Watt getting it. The guy has done literally everything but kick FGs this year.

I love Watt, easily the best defensive player in the NFL, but if he's the biggest game changer in the NFL, his team is 8-8 or 9-7 and missed the playoffs. Ben could have 5k yards and 45. TD's and still wouldn't be considered.
of those 3, I'd have to say Rodgers.

GRRRR opnce again... what are Romo's creds again... I mean other than being a starhead?... I mean the guy accounted for a smaller % of scores and % of yards for his team than any other of the top QBs... and that is true even if you adjust it for the game he missed... that means he was less impportant to his teams offense than any of them

The only reason Romo and the Girls are in the playoffs is because Nick Foles got hurt. No way is he the MVP.

Its Rodgers, hands down...

Ben is hated
Brown is a wr,and they never get it
Bell is lesser of an MVP than Murray, who lost his hype to Romo when he slowed from his torrid early pace
Brady played on the team with the best record, but he had a down year by his standards
manning faded down the stretch
Luck vanished in the biggest games
Romo is all hype, but doesn't have the actual stats
Watt had the best season, but missed the playoffs

That leaves Rodgers, who had a very good season stats wise, and played for the team that was the frontrunner for much of the season, and is well liked by the media

Romo's stats are comparable to Ben's. Higher Cmp%, YPA, more TDs, 1 fewer game. He shouldn't be MVP because he isn't and wasn't better than Ben, but his stats are there. Rodgers or Ben should get it, but probably Rodgers. Watt deserves it, but the last person to win it without making the playoffs was O.J. in '73 when he had a record 2,000 yard season.

His stats are better than bens or comparable ????? So I guess 1200 yards more passing is not a big deal. 1200 yards. Lol. Only 1200 yards difference

On the CBS pregame show Sunday, BR did get a vote from one of the crew.....

Bart Scott. Repeat, ex-Raven Bart Scott.

Note: Cowher picked Romo.
