Doesn't shock me that they are looking at vet options.

would be great addition solid vs the run decent enough vs the pass if asked to drop 5 yards

Also they tried out S Eric Rowe. I could see that as a PS addition as well..

I never thought he was as bad as most Steeler fans thought about the guy; overpaid? Yes, but he wasn't pure trash, although at this point, could well be hot garbage.
I thought he started off strong and wasn’t able to get where he was after his injury

Prior to straining his groin (and playing the season with that injury), Jack was doing the same things Holcombe did this year. If you can get that level of production out of him for the last 5 or so games of the season and playoffs (should they make it), count it as a blessing.

He was also play injured a chunk of the season. One thing about him was he always gave it his all,
contrary to the likes of the BUSH.

Salute the nation

Good guy and a hard worker. Did well enough before his injury. Didn’t burn bridges. Has lost a step but he is a known quantity and there isn’t much else out there.

Seems like both sides win if we sign Jack.

I think he would play better with anyone other than Bush. what does this say about Robinson? all these injuries and he is still not the guy they turn to

I'm not a fan of bringing in washed up guys so they can have a job. It hasn't really produced for us at all.

I guess it's a low risk cheap bandaid that at least knows the Steelers system.

... and he has a cool name. That should count for something.

Wasn't he playing injured all last year?

Has he signed yet???
Didn't he officially retire after signing with the Eagles? So the Eagles may still retain his rights if he unretires. Maybe possibly.
