I can't see any reason they wouldn't use that 5th year option.
Yep. There was some debate when we thought his rookie pro bowl would bump him up to closer to 9 million dollars... but it didnt count due to him just being a replacement...

they should pick it up, why mess with one of the bright spots. Harris and Warren makeup a very good backfield. It would be awesome to see what they could do behind a good line and passing game.

Definitely pick it up and then they can use the franchise tag on him for a year if they want.
Well you cannot bring in the run first coach and build your offense around it and cut your first round running back. Gonna be honest loved pick at time. It hasn't been a disaster but a complete disappointment. Not all his fault.
Option year will be his last in Pittsburgh.

Possibly. It is what it is. Will Warren still be under contract at this time or will he also be a FA? Do we draft a RB? Sign Warren to a big deal ....he will want his payday. Or perhaps sign Harris to a reasonable deal. Time will tell I guess.
If Mike Hilton taught anything you can get the milk for free with a UFA. However, you cN probably get a fair deal done at the right time that's good for both.
Yeah you are taking a chance picking up milk at the flea market. They know what kind of milk they are getting with Najee. If they bring him in as a vender they can get the milk at a decent price.
Probably better than getting that flea market milk and it spills out on the way home. You are just dealing with what you have left.
