PITTSBURGH —Starting Monday, Pennsylvania's 6 percent state sales tax will be extended to digital downloads and streaming subscription services like Netflix and Hulu.

If a customer uses an account with a Pennsylvania billing address, the tax will be imposed. Businesses are responsible for collecting the tax and remitting it to the state Department of Revenue.

You voted these guys in?

Its just a few pennies.....

********! We do mostly Amazon Prime but still, a tax is a tax and they can shove it up their ***.

Don't worry. Comcast bought Netflix so consider that rolled into the monopoly and dissolved soon.

Like PA doesn't have enough headwinds..They need to get their **** together.

Once you move out of PA, you realize how backwards of a state it is.

It's quite terrible.

Western pa should have split from eastern pa long ago... They can have harrisburg and the amish lans in between... Give us up to greensburg at least... Let the philly fools run that half into the ground

Make the East side look like Oklahoma and give them that piece of **** Erie too.

******* Democrats.

The main problem with our state laws and elections is 1) too many Democrats and 2) too many eastern PA Republicans in the legislature who act like Democrats. The state house and state senate have had Republican majorities for years but you would never know it.

Philly is the worst big city I have ever been to.

You make one wrong turn and you can be in what literally looks like a war zone instantly. We made a drive there for a trade show, in a van, and one wrong turn later and brothers were tossing bottles at our van. It was loco.
