A risky hire for Pitt given his lack of experience, but one that I'm cool with because Narduzzi needed to do something drastically different with his coaching staff. There are still more moves to be made to upgrade his staff.

Fully agree Ron. They don’t need to totally isolate him from the hiring, but they need to bring in several candidates from outside the organization and see what each has to offer. NOT let Tomlin lead any interviews of hire, but hear what the candidate has to offer.
Privately, make a collective decision onto where this offense is going to go and how they are going to achieve that. A major concern of letting Tomlin know that his hand-print will not be deciding, the OC & HC will be made aware of the direction they are headed.
