Watt got 25k for taking off helmet and missed punch at ball which almost became throat punch to Flowers. Warren got 40 some k for lowering helmet into contact. 25 k probably represents a series or couple plays to Watt. 45 k is almost game check to Warren. Look not like I want Watt punished.......but c'mon.

They fine people over the stupidest ****. It's lame. The rules of engagement are beyond lame. The game of American Football is not a contact sport, it's a collision sport. Only the strong survive. It's been that way since they wore leather helmets. You can only make it so safe.

Both of the fines on TJ are absurd.

It's all about turning things into $$$. Whatever = more $$$, then it's all good. The hell with the actual sport. Which the integrity of went right in the trashcan with the pats*****. Yet they'll suspend and fine players for stupid ****. Bunch of hypocrites.

All on field penalties should be a set percent of pay… off field penalties should have a minimum plus a percentage of pay penalty cost and suspension length and be substantially higher for repeat offenses …

This case by case bullshit for some stuff, but totally flat stuff for others is stupid and lets stars slide too often

I'm sure I'm in the minority here. And look Watt is my favorite play by a mile. I know what he is trying to do but it's still a punch so you better be right and knock balls out. To me that he got 25k and Warren got 40 plus is the joke here.

This has gotten ridiculous with all these fines for what I call phantom fouls. The one on our Jaylan Warren was the epitome of ridiculous. The one on George Kittle for his undershirt verbiage of **** the Cowboys is total bs. TJs I knew were coming. Removing your helmet even in celebration is a no no in the no fun league for some reason but the smack to the face mask was a ******* accident. That fine was plain ignorant.
Players have to be on pins and needles after every game trying to remember if any one play is going to lighten their wallet.
They better be careful not to start turning fans off.
