Newly Declassified Material Shows FBI Knew in January 2017 Flynn Was Not a Russian Agent, Nor Did Trump Collude with Russia

Investigative journalist John Solomon has got his A-game going this week. On Wednesday, he reported that newly declassified FBI memos, court filings, and interview notes prove that, shortly after President Trump’s January 20, 2017 inauguration:

1. The FBI knew that General Michael Flynn was not a Russian agent.

2. The FBI had “affirmed key targets of the FBI counterintelligence investigation made exculpatory statements denying collusion to undercover sources.”

3. Christopher Steele’s dossier was bogus.

And what did the FBI do with its own numerous documents, declaring that Flynn was not a Russian agent, Flynn had committed no crime? They hid the documents and then lied about their existence.

New court documents were filed in Flynn’s case Friday containing the aforementioned exculpatory evidence, commonly referred to as Brady Material. Flynn’s attorney, Sidney Powell, announced the new filing on Twitter. She has repeatedly accused the FBI and Justice Department of hiding evidence in the case.

“This afternoon, the government produced to Mr. Flynn stunning Brady evidence that proves Mr. Flynn’s allegations of having been deliberately set up and framed by corrupt agents at the top of the FBI,” Powell wrote in an additional filing. “The government has deliberately suppressed this evidence from the inception of this prosecution—knowing there was no crime by Mr. Flynn.”

“Since August 2016 at the latest, partisan FBI and DOJ leaders conspired to destroy Mr. Flynn,” she continued. “These documents show in their own handwriting and emails that they intended either to create an offense they could prosecute or at least get him fired.”

Paul Sperry, writing for the New York Post, says, “The OFA will fight President Donald Trump at every turn of his presidency and the ex-president will command them from a bunker less than two miles from the White House.”*Sperry writes that, “The ex-president is setting up a shadow government to sabotage the Trump administration through a network of non-profits led by OFA, which is growing its war chest (more than $40 million) and has some 250 offices nationwide.


The OFA IRS filings, according to Sperry, indicate that the OFA has 32,525 (and growing) volunteers nationwide.*The ex-president and his ‘wife’ will oversee the operation from their home/office in Washington DC.


Think about how this works.*For example: Trump issues an immigration executive order; the OFA signals for protests and statements from pro-immigrant groups; the ACLU lawyers file lawsuits in jurisdictions where activist judges obstruct the laws; volunteers are called to protest at airports and Congressional town hall meetings; the leftist media springs to action in support of these activities; the twitter sphere lights up with social media; and violence follows.*All of this happens from the ex-president’s signal that he is heartened by the protests.


If Barack Obama did not do enough to destroy this country in the 8 years he was in office, it appears his future plans are to destroy the foundation on which this country has operated on for the last 241 years.

I have tried to explain this to all my liberal friends many times but to no avail. They constantly point to all the questionable characters that were involved with Trump's run for president as some evidence of his ineptitude and corruption.

The truth is, Trump didn't have many options for who to "hire" as campaign and Washington insiders. It wasn't like he was a career politician with connections and tons of I.O.U.s and shady deals in Washington. He gave a lot of money to Republicans and Democrats but that's doesn't establish the type of "team" you need to run for President.

So he was left with the worst of the bunch. There were ******* 10+ legit, career politicians running for the Republican nomination. Bush, Kasich, Cruz, Huckabee, Christie, Rubio. That is a who's who of Republicans back in 2016, all of which had deep "teams" of career campaign advisors and career Washington insiders.

Who the **** was left out there to "hire" to get expert advice on running a Presidential campaign EXACTLY? No one. Trump was left with people like Paul Manafort and Roger Stone and Steve Bannon and KellyAnne Conway and Corey Lewandowski. All of them are grade C and lower people. All of them. Most are corrupt in one way or another. Or stupid fools with bad policies. But what choices did Donald Trump have? Not many.

It's one of the PRIMARY reasons he put so much faith in Jared Kushner and Ivanka. They were the only CAPABLE and trustworthy people he could find, but they were learning on the fly. Fast and furious.

And unfortunately for Trump once he actually surprised the world and won, he had to "pay them all back" with positions in the White House. This is how it works. He had to scrape the barrel to find helpers and once he won (practically all because of his own work) he still had to reward the "team" with positions around him. He was stuck.

But we've seen, over time, that he has fired most of them. They were ALWAYS bad choices, but he had to make them and it took him a while to clean house. His team is much better now, but he still doesn't trust anyone of them. The "Never Trump" republicans still are undermining his ability to hire quality people. He still only trusts his family, which is completely understandable.

Add ONTO this, the fact the highest level of the FBI and CIA basically had a plan to create evidence to undo the election via a smear campaign and eventual impeachment. No level of dirty investigation work was off-limits. No lies or omission of facts or bending the truth was disallowed by the HEAD OF OUR INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITIES! Senators on both sides of the aisle knew and were complicit.

The dots are all there if you want to connect them. It all started when Trump started to become a serious candidate. Then the engine of Washington started to try and find ways to usurp him. To them, a mistake was made and any means necessary should be used to "correct" that mistake. Laws be damned. Will of the people be damned.
