It is kind of funny that Obama gets blamed for everything when he has only said no to two insignificant bills.
The legislative branch is the action branch for solving problems and the Congress and Senate are not working
together to pass anything.

If they were passing solutions and Obama was saying no, then Obama would be the problem. If Congress and the Senate
continue practicing thumb twiddling, then they are the problem.

Censorship: 38 journalism groups slam Obama's 'politically-driven suppression of news'

In unprecedented criticism of the White House, 38 journalism groups have assailed the president’s team for censoring media coverage, limiting access to top officials and overall “politically-driven suppression of the news.”

In a letter to President Obama, the 38, led by the Society of Professional Journalists, said efforts by government officials to stifle or block coverage has grown for years and reached a high-point under his administration despite Obama's 2008 campaign promise to provide transparency.

Worse, they said: As access for reporters has been cut off, the administration has opened the door to lobbyists, special interests and “people with money.”

but it's not Bomma. He's the FBP. It's everyone else in his administration. Not Bomma.

While I do not agree with everything you post, this is spot on. Where O-man is wrong is when he takes Executive action for things that are not his right. I do not agree with the Executive actions of ANY President, but the House & Senate could take step to override those actions if they wanted to.

What 21 leaves out, or is probably not aware of, is 1) all the legislation that Harry Reid doesn't let to the floor for a vote and 2) Bomma isn't real big on compromise and won't negotiate on things so that most of Congress will vote for it.

Lets be honest here, we are better off the less that congress does. Not letting things come to a vote is probably a good thing Dingy Harry is doing.

I agree except that the only thing slowing down Bomma is the sequester.

Some of you have contradictory views. If you prefer the government does nothing, then don't blame the government for doing nothing.
You can't blame the government for problems if you prefer the government not solve them.

Most executive actions a President makes, the legislative branch has the option to correct.

Anyone complaining about media censorship in the age of the internet is nuts. Most people don't read newspapers or watch television news anymore.
On the internet there are infinite places to go for uncensored news or the turn of the news as you prefer it.

Have you ever had a cogent thought in your life? Really? Most people on here want the government to get the **** out of the way. They've already ****** it up. Do you not know that the dems own the Senate? Or have you forgotten? The Reps in the house have passed TONS of bills but Harry Reid, who is a democrat, won't even allow a vote in the Senate.

So yes people want the government to do something... stopping ******* everything up AND change the **** you've already ****** up. Seriously how can anyone **** up so much stuff in so little time? These ******* can't even run the smallest area of health care in the V.A. without ******* it up. Just stop please... They can't even manage to control one of the FEW things that is demanded of them in the constitution in protecting the border. This administration can't do anything without ******* it up.

I want the Government to abide by its Constitutional limits. I want it to do the limited things its charter says it can do and stay out of my life for the rest.

This is spot on. He actually does veto many, many bills, just not in the traditional manner. He vetoes them by having Harry Reid kill them in the Senate, that way he doesn't have to be responsible for them one way or the other.

He is a complete f'n failure - worst president in history by a WIDE margin - wrong on every major decision he has ever made.

That is some twisted logic there.

Yeah, 'cause this administration is soooooo into being restricted by law.

Anyone complaining about media censorship in the age of the internet is nuts. Most people don't read newspapers or watch television news anymore.

So, a congressman being denied access to a federal installation on federal land isn't suspicious to you? Your gullibility knows no bounds.

and now we finally know why Bomma didn't appoint you to any level of His cabinet. there's no room for that kind of thinking in His Omnistration.

Right on Sarge. This is what really chaps my ***, when someone wants to argue a point and does not even have the foundation to make the argument.

Best post in a long long time.

I don't know a single rational person who thinks the government is good at anything. At this point if they get involved in ANYTHING I assume from the very start that it will be a disaster. Haven't been wrong yet. This is NOT what the founding fathers had in mind.
