Correct me if I'm wrong but when we had to rekick the third time shouldn't of their 15 yard penalty of been assessed after we were backed up five more yards? It was a dead ball personal foul on them after the play. Bullshit refs

to be honest I'm more upset about back to back offside on a kickoff..

And Sushi's leg seemed gone after that third re-kickoff. Glad he didn't need to try a 45 yd kick to win....

Not to mention penalties generally let alone PF's. Discipline anyone? Curious to see what takes place in the locker room this week. If anything. I'm leaning towards the latter.

The fact that procedural and personal foul penalties simply offset is something that has always bothered me. More so if the personal foul comes after the play is over. Two procedural penalties should offset, and two personal fouls should offset, but it seems to me like they should somehow take the net of personal fouls vs. procedural penalties. So if it's 10 yards for offensive holding on team A and 15 yards for grabbing the facemask on Team B, the down counts and add 5 yards (the difference between 15 yards for facemask and 10 yards for holding) to the spot at the end of the play.

I've never seen a distinction between penalties committed during a live play as compared to those committed after the whistle - I don't think it's possible to enforce one then enforce the other by virtue of one happening after the play is over, unless maybe the second foul happens after the first penalty is walked off and the ball is set for the next down, but before the next play starts. But that isn't what happened here.

It is rare to get one offsides on a kickoff. How the hell did we get 2 in a row. Someone needs to see when the last time was that happened. I know I can't ever remember seeing that.

I've been a broken record on this..a Personal Foul should NEVER be offset. Safety my ***.

Yes they were kicked high and short. Did you notice how they stopped them short of the 20 on 2/3 of them?

As long as you are sure, I'm ok with it, but I'd rather see each KO go thru the uprights so there is no chance to eff it up.

Exact same thing happened on a scrimmage play last week. Illegal hands to the face (5 yard) and Personal foul unnecessary roughness canceled each other out. Should never happen. One is a live ball foul the other is dead. Like I said. You are rushing Tom Brady in the Super Bowl. You get hands to your face and see the flag from the head ref on your path to the QB. Why not come in and devastate the QB. It is literally costing you the 5 yard penalty they incurred.

Yeah I wish it could be like that too. Suisham has done a good job the last two years of putting them deep into the endzone.

Canadians are great, eh?
