OK, so it's vs. PJ Walker now in Cleveland

So what do we know about PJ? He went to that NFL QB-producing machine, Temple.

In 4 years he threw
56.9 % for 10668 yards74 TDs, 44 ints

In the NFL he's thrown for 5 TDs and 16 int. And in Cleveland he's thrown 1 TD and 5 int. His NFL career he's a 55% completion thrower, 49% with the Browns.

And that all adds up to: Steeler fans beware. It would be just like a Shades' team to lose to this journeyman, at best. You just know our D will suddenly make this 49% completion passer look like Danny Marino, circa 1984.

I was basing it from the media I read on it, both their back up QBs seem like mirror images of each other. Can't really tell them apart. But I fear both of them, no matter how weak their performance is heading into this game. Our D just has the habit of making journeyman look like Danny Marino circa 1984.

HCMT seems to believe that all young qbs are idiots who can’t make plays vs zone so instead of pressuring them, he wants to drop everyone back and wait for them to throw it to our dbs… but given time, even young qbs find holes in zones…

He would be better off just blitzing them more

Yes,thanks for the stat. While our D will give up yards ( as per usual) they will make the plays against the backup.

I’m a hell of a lot more worried about what their Defense will do to Kenny and the boys. They will stack the box and try to take away the running game. They will bring pressure to our OLine and Kenny happy feet Pickens. They will if anything, make the passing game try to beat them. Their DC is no fool.

It’s a big game. It’s high time Kenny and the passing offense takes a step forward. Including the coaches. George Pickens. I’m looking at you as well. I saw you jogging through your routes last couple games. I saw you taking some plays off during the running calls,instead of blocking downfield. Time to grow the **** up. The players and coaches see it too. You want the ball? Try and actually work harder. Good things might come. There’s no way this kid will sign a second contract with the Steelers. I said the same with Bush early in his career here. No way. Body language.

They should pull up that rat footage and glue in. He had a real crappy game against them...
 
better have the front 7 ready to stuff the run and create as many mismatches vs the rt the 6"8 360 rook with Watt, Golden, and Highsmith.
Last game Adams and Larry O were beasts vs the interior of that line.

Yep....we will drop every back ....let this kid to make the easy throw to a wide open WR. We have seen this way to many times in the past. I guess why not one more time.
 
So again, Pickett blew vs them in the first game… and his passer rating that day is 4th best out of the 9 games the Browns played … because that pass D is absolutely insane
 
DTR is a bit of a gamer and also a guy who the Steelers pass rushers can feast on. He also annoyed me when they played Pitt in the Sun Bowl last year so I hope the defense sets an NFL sack record on Sunday.
