Our QB interview on “Pivot”

I watched that yesterday. I like it. What I like most is the quarterbacks working with the wide receivers down here in Florida. Anything that helps them become that well oiled machine I've longed to see is most welcomed.

Yep Slash, nothing seems to phase him,it’s like he’s born for this role. His head is definitely screwed on right.
These types of shows really humanize the players. I mean, could you imagine your son playing QB for the Steelers.
With all the fame ,fortune ,and let’s face it....struggles along the way. What a great way to make a living.....let’s hope Kenny takes that next big step this season.

He was worried about his hand size that he stretched out his hands.

I'm starting to think Kenny's hand size is fine, but he doesn't have pinkie to thumb flexibility, which I have as a musician for keys and guitar. That is what is measured for hand size. I have an inch on him, but I bet the size of his hand from the top of his middle finger to the base of his palm dwarfs my hand. I'm sure the Steelers realized this when drafting him and didn't have an issue.

Only the talking heads push this negative, and I won't lie, I had some fun with it as well.

I don't know how good Kenny will be but I will say this. He is a dude. He seems to me to be someone who can lead other men. Rudolph made some good throws. Some good plays. Among some if his short comings he just didn't have the x factor of real likeable leadership.
You could tell this from very early on in his Pitt career. He's a QB who can command a huddle, he loves football, and he loves perfecting his craft. This was a great interview.

If you have average or better skills, a work ethic and desire to be great you will usually get to at least good. This position is definitely about effort and attention to detail if you have prerequisite ability.

Don't get me started on Rudy the red nosed third stringer.😁 I will just say it has been a rough offseason for him.

I wanted Rudy to be good. He was a Steeler. Bottom line.....KP looks like someone you'd wanna go for beers with or date your daughter. Rudy has a very punchable face.
