Knew he would run fast. Sure that was expected. Some of the other drills /workouts will be important for him.

He will be Steelers 1st round pick, book it. They LOVE OSU players and we'll need a WR.

Ohio State is a go-to for the Steelers and will absolutely be on their radar.

Yes. We knew he was fast. 4.4 is fast. 4.31 is road runner type of speed. This is very rare, and he's not a smurf. The guy is 6 feet tall with longer than average arms and larger than average hands.

Such a player needs to be game planned for, with safety help over the top.

I'm not sure what types of routes he good at running, or why his yards per catch was this low, but I'm very intrigued.

That's the actual time. I've seen Campbell rated anywhere from first round to fifth round.

John Ross says hi. I like he ran fast, But plenty fast players have bombed out. Like I said his individual drills and his game tape will reign supreme.

Little premature to say he will need to be gamed planned for, despite your love affair.

Ross was smaller, lighter and did it in the pac 12. He was also injured a bit in the NFL. Yet he was picked 9th overall. If he was on the Steelers, I think Ross would have done better as Ben buys second chances for receivers to break off into big plays and our OL is better. If you don't have good protection and the QB is average, a speed receiver won't shine as much as he should. Think Mike Wallace on the Steelers vs Mike Wallace on the Dolphins.

The Steelers have no speed receivers. It we did, things would open up underneath a bit better.

I've asked Ohio State watchers to comment more, but yes, I like him. We won't have Brown next year, and Washington proved he was anything but a speed receiver.

Nobody is saying don't draft him, just there is other factors to consider. Which you obviously realize or you wouldn't want Ohio State fans to chime in.

How much game tape of him have you seen?

I was a Meyer fan, and have seen a few OSU games. OSU is probably my favorite Big Ten team.

I thought he was more of a chain mover type than big-play artists. Something is missing. Yes, I do what the OSU fans to chime in. Maybe he wasn't used properly?

2nd or 3rd yes.. but his speed alone doesn't make him a 1st. He has dropsies and he is mainly productive on drags, crossers, screens, and other short routes that he can turn upfield. He's a 12 yards per catch guy. I'd rather play him as a utility RB to be honest

That guy just locked himself in to round 1 despite his injury concerns.

His 1.3% body fat or something along the lines I was reading.
Wonder how much all this plays into his injuries?

.1 of a second isn’t significant. Football isn’t a track meet. If I like one receiver a lot more than another, but he runs a 4.5 forty and the other runs a 4.3, I still take the 4.5 guy.

AB and Juju aren't burners yet ultimate production.

Can beat the jam with strong hands and runs good routes would be the WR I am zoning in on....

Campbell has a ton of drops. He also doesn’t run clean routes. Good in the open field.....but them drops are apparent.

I’d rather have McLaurin, runs smooth routes and has great release. Ran 4.4’s. Both can be had in the middle rounds

being the fastest doesn't necessarily mean you are any good at WR....

There's other intangibles than just speed to be a great WR.
Very good point Slash.
