Sorry. Islander fan here since I was a little kid. If anyone ever wants to know what coaching does (hmm, cough, cough) Steelers. Take a look at Barry Trotz and the New York Islanders. Took them from worst to first in goals against. And completely turned around the loser mentality culture in one season.

And pretty much the exact same guys minus a franchise star. Difference is they play as a unit and they are almost always on the right side of the puck. That is coaching.
