Penn St. and Pitt run off their own fields by scrubs.

Pitt is the Factory of Disappointment. For how many good players that get drafted and they have in the NFL, their teams are consistently mediocre. They lose to the likes of Akron, Ohio and Youngstown State. How does that happen???
 
Pitt blew one last week and were just bad this week. No excuse to lose to a team like Akron.
 
Was at game. Pitts QB simply isn't good enough. They were trying to hide him all day. When they couldn't any more he flopped.
 
It's a good thing Pitt got rid of Coach Pornstasche. /sarcasm

I like Chad, but he cannot make the big throw. Receivers were open yesterday, he was just missing them--though, he did have a beautiful pass to the back of the endzone that was dropped. Until Chryst can bring in a top QB, Pitt will struggle. Too bad they are wasting the offensive talents of guys like Boyd and Conner on a medicore team.

Wanny sucked. If the Rooneys weren't the type of owners who took their time when interviewing coaches, we might have gotten him back in 92, instead of Cowher. The thought gives me chills.

Not saying 'Stasche was a great coach BUT he had a better record than each of the dozen guys who followed him in the last four years. If you're going to fire a coach because he isn't winning enough then you ought to at least replace him with someone better, which to this point Pitt has failed to do.

Pitt had winning records in each of Walt Harris' last 5 years. Wanny took over, and Pitt went 3 years without a winning record. You can have Wanny.
 
Harris was a winning coach but got run off because he was an ******* to everyone both on and off the field. Like I said though, no one has done as well as Coach Pornstasche since he was fired either. Obviously the problems with Pitt football come from higher up, although I hope that Chryst ends up doing well.
