The PG is shutting down after a very long run. That is where I liked to read online the local Steelers news. Any suggestions on good Steelers news, especially from the local Pittsburgh pundits?

No one hates the Steelers more in this city than Mark Madden.Mark Madden’s Hot Take: Steelers’ QB upgrade to Aaron Rodgers has been minimal … so far
I think he tries to stir the s*** because he's not a very good reporter or analyst...he found his niche: the villain. No one hates the Steelers more in this city than Mark Madden.
This dufus writes that story to claim the GOAT is average at best...and Mason Rudolph would not have been much worse.
His take is idiotic to say the least. When you consider what I said about new system, new players in starting roles, a maturing O line..yeah 14th is exceptional. Then throw in a bunch of scrubs who were already here behind DK....yeah the GOAT has GOATED well, all things considered.Don't agree about Rudolph, but he's right about ARod -- he's been average for the most part.
Passer rating: 14th
QBR: 23rd
PFF: 29th
Passing EPA: 21st
Passer rating rewards completion pct, aided by the low ADOT dink/dunk pass attack.
I always thought he was just shocking his opinions knowing the fan base is large. Plus it isn’t his favorite sport…No one hates the Steelers more in this city than Mark Madden.
In the context the QB play since 2022, Rodgers was very good.Don't agree about Rudolph, but he's right about ARod -- he's been average for the most part.

It is a shock jock, but he buys into his own hype. I genuinely think he just doesn't like the Steelers or football. Part of it is because the Penguins will always fall behind the Steelers no matter their records. But he should really stick to hockey and European soccer because he's out of his element when he starts talking football.I always thought he was just shocking his opinions knowing the fan base is large. Plus it isn’t his favorite sport…
One other thing that is included in QBR and his other stats is interceptions. That is a hidden figure that is hard to analyse statistically in game outcomes(other than overall turnover ratio.) When was the last time he threw a pick? In the middle of November? In the context the QB play since 2022, Rodgers was very good.

2023 | 13 | 17.9
2024 | 21 | 22.4
2025 | 26 | 23.4
10-7 is more the result of the defense was a failure. They expected the defense to be elite and with Rodgers' play, the Steelers realistically could've finished at least 12-5.
