If we are really playing the starters for the first half I would like to see Rudolph and Pickett at least get a couple of series. I think this would show us what Pickett can do a little better and either help Rudolph for a trade or would at the very least show a clear comparison to him and Trubisky who for whatever reason was handed the starting position. I doubt we see that but it would be nice to compare.

Trubisky is starting with Pickett to follow like last week. Hopefully, they give Pickett more than he got last week.

Tomlin is Obviously not interested in starting the best camp preformer... I have zero confidence in Mitch.

They don't want to throw Pickett into the fire. They want to ease him in. That is what they obviously are interested in.

Im of the opinion that the offensive line needs to play a ton because they need a lot of work on their execution… preferably by firing squad at halftime if they don’t protect these two guys in the first half… 😡

The Steelers need to get ready for the season and if Mitch is going to be the starter, they need to give him significant snaps with the first team. Pickett's time will come and I can't imagine a quarter of preseason play will alter Rudolph's trade value.

rudy is just a camp performer

he has shown nothing in his time here to think he is anything more than a decent backup
Every team needs a decent back up... We have zero knowledge on Pickett and Mitch is not that great.

If Rudy is really going to get traded, starting him and him doing well might bump up his value

and if you start him and he plays to his usual standard he would hurt his value
He has played well through out training camp and in 1st 2 pre season games

Kenny is the future but when that future happens to be none of us know. I’m betting it’s mid season after the bye week which gives this OL a chance to play together and improve. Also think at the halfway point this team is 4-4 or 3-5 so perfect time to bring Kenny in. Tomlin has said he wanted a veteran to be his starter so providing how Mitch plays will determine that.

So then there is enough tape on him. Really think he couldn't improve his value anymore in the last preseason game.

The fact Rudolph is allowed to finish the game behind future bagboys and against future bagboys tells you all you need to know about what the Steelers really think of him. You don't allow valuable assets to be exposed like that in the quintessential garbage time.

It is not that a lot of fans don't agree with you on different topics, it is that you love to extreme bash. Maybe try some sedatives, trees, or anesthesia. Something, ****.

Didn't Pickett finish out game one?

Pickett was playing in his 1st NFL game.He has since lapped the POS Rudolph in the QB race and will play with the 1s while Rudolph risks life and limb with the 3s. Even an idiot like Coolie should be able to discern the difference. Please name another 5thyear QB finishing out preseason games you can't.

Don't bring up your kids. It makes them open game idiot.
