barring anything crazy Barkley is gonna crush the single season rushing record. he only needs 142 yards to break it in the same sixteen games that Dickerson set it. this will be a legit record not one that he got by having an extra game. what a season that young man is having, 6 ypc and 13 TDs

My coach of the year even though it’s not part of the voting I think is Nick Sariani of the Eagles. He’s done a good job keep that team together and hires good assistants.
If not Nick then the Bills coach Sean McDermott. I didn’t even think they’d make the playoffs before the season but he’s done a nice job.
Sean Payton should get consideration too for what he’s done with Bo Nix and the Broncos.

For what took place the offseason with the Bills gutting a part of their team, my vote would go to McDermott. Plus he is pretty consistent IMO

And he was there last year.

How about trading away your first round QB... bringing in 2 qb's who were losers and unwanted. And a fired coach and bringing him in to be your OC , and Winning the division or at least competing for it. Rebuilding an O line that isnt terrible and looks promising. hmm.. idk. The big failure would be trading away your #2 WR because hes a douchebag,, and not getting a bonafide replacement before the season started.

How about trading away your first round QB... bringing in 2 qb's who were losers and unwanted. And a fired coach and bringing him in to be your OC , and Winning the division or at least competing for it. Rebuilding an O line that isnt terrible and looks promising. hmm.. idk. The big failure would be trading away your #2 because hes a douchebag,, and not getting a bonafide replacement before the season started.

Agree that Barkley is an amazing talent but your numbers seem to be off regarding the rushing record

Dickerson 1984 2105 yards 131.6 yards / game in 16 games

Barkley 2024 1688 yards 120.6 yards / game in 14 games so far that projects to 2050 yards over a 17 game schedule placing him in 5th place for an all time season record

Wow! Talk about going through the back door to promote your guy Tomlin. I wouldn’t even consider Tomlin for coach of the year. That’s a real slight to the greatest HC of ALL TIME.

my mistake I was looking at his numbers on the above site, they must have added his receiving yards into that total because it just says 1964 yards. I don't pay enough attention to other teams other than the lions to know what the true numbers are.
