Now they've gone too far. This bill would ban smoking cigars in cigar shops. Contact your state representative and ask them to vote against HB 1309.

I had a brief conversation with another member about this non-smoking issue in another venue and context but the war against smokers is reaching new levels on a consistent basis. Places that have traditionally been smoking venues are now being designated off limits. Smokers as a rule will just take their business where it is welcome and the folks that are left can fill in the gaps. There is always an alternative and those folks will reap the rewards.
