Hey guys!

We have officially left DK Pittsburgh Sports. We are running the podcast in house with our own sponsors now, so pretty big news for the podcast. What does it mean? I'm editing it again. Does it suck? A little, but I'm getting paid so it don't matter. Thanks to Justin for sharing the sponsorship!!

Howdy Stryker, thanks for doing these.!

1) With Coach Tomlin seemingly taking a back seat to defensive play calling do you think that will morph into us getting a better indepth overall defensive game plan week in and week out. A game plan better suited to attack the on coming offense that week. I know Coach Tomlin will still have his input but I'd think the lesser he has on game day the wider the brush stroke durring the week in giving the DCs lee-way.

2) Is there any chance of bringing in Joe Haden as a depth player this season? Would Joe be a viable option for one year, abiltiy wise.?

3) With the new addition on the DL do you feel we are pretty solid in so much we don't get embarrassed to the degree of last year VS the rush ?

4) HUGE hail storm at my place, baseball and jagged sized hail, major damage to my town & country place. So many "new" contractors for repair have suddenly sprang up identifying as local, buyer beware. I'd just like to bring this to anyone who has gone through or currently going through a property tradgedy to be sure and do their homework as to who they hire. Don't give down money until you have actual lumber yard receipt / you can write the checks to materials suppliers / ask for time sheets of the workers ect. ect. all this is to protect yourself from fraud. MY BIGGEST CONCERN for Joe average. Just making those who need aware of the things shysters try to pull. I'm a Plumbing & HVAC Contractor and have seen a lot of fraudulant so just sharing ideas to help.

1. what happened with DK?
2. Larry O(biwan)Gunjobi's contract is all guaranteed according to Joel Corry, so 8M is still a lot less than he was going to get with da bears but still is significant, starter kind of money for sure. Do you think this means he is seen as a starter? Also, for that guaranteed money he must be healthy already or it would be a very risky move, thoughts?
3. Which RBs do you have in a shortlist of possible signings?
4. After seeing the WR Mclauryn (sp) new contract, which I see absurd by the way, thoughts on DJs situation? I dont see how they can agree to a new contract, 20M or more is too rich for us at WR
 
what are the best and most notible NFL nicknames?

I see it as four categories

General coaches and players: Like Iron mike ditka, ironhead Heyward, or OJ “The Juice” Simpson.

Positional unit or scheme nicknames: Like the no name defense or Tampa two coverage

Nfl play nicknames, like the music city miracle or tge catch

And Steelers specific nicknames:

The Steel curtain, mean joe greene, the Bus, blitzburgh, ect

I don't think you pay a player 8 mil to just rotate in. So I see him as a starter replacing Tuitt. Alualu probably will be given every opportunity to start as well...

Obi Wan Gunjobi (kudos to the nickname Litos!) contract isn’t fully guaranteed. If he doesn’t recover fully from his ankle injury, he could be cut with only his signing bonus counting on the cap. Not to mention, according to DKSports, his contract has incentives built into it as well.

I agree with Slash here. It’s a one year prove it contract. So he has motive to play well.
