They should be favored. The stillers will have issues stopping Henry and they still let WRs run loose down the middle of the field.
Not surprised. Their offense, on paper, is better than ours. Our defense is...so, Vegas thinks Lamar will give them the edge.
Can't wait to see Vegas lose money...

This game will be close. Depending on who's at full strength. Lamar hasn't beat us in 4 years but his arsenal is much better going into thus game.
He'll choke and slam his helmet at some point in the 4th quarter...
I'm not real confident in this game. We have had the Ravens number and won with Canada and Pickett last year, but the Ravens have some extra weapons. I would have Andrew's and Likely on the field together all the time. I think that would pose match up issues. Then you have Henry, Lamar, Flowers, DJ etc etc....I hope we can pull it off, but when we beat them at full strength last year if I remember they had drop after drop before the D showed up.

have you seen the Ravens play this year? Their defense stinks.
25th in points allowed per game
1st rush defense. BUT
32nd pass defense
The Ravens are good but why does everybody have them as some unbeatable team?

Beat me to it. I thought maybe I was watching a different Rats team. Cowboys damn near came back from being down huge. Cinci last week came back on them and and should have at least put it in OT but decided to go for the two points and a win, and they lost to the Raiders and the Browns. I think they look very beatable. I know Jackson is a star but I truly believe this defense is gonna have his number.

The Steelers will be without Highsmith, and maybe CB DJ...
But still The Ravens are probably illogically the favorites. that is solely based on their Offense.. their D has been brutal, especially late in games... and their Special teams haven't been special..
The Steelers are at home. While it is middle of the road for the whole season, the Steelers offense has been far better since Wilson took over...
Over the past 3 games the steelers have averaged 30.3 points per game and 382.3 yards per game. The Ravens have averaged 33.3 ppg and 390.7 ypg in their last 3...
Not the disparity one might think
The Steelers just held Washington, the second best O in the league, to a season low in yardage.. the Ravens have a fine Run D, but their Pass D has been the worst in the league.
Moreover their 4th quarter points allowed have been atrocious..
Basically, once teams quit trying to run on them and pressure their pass D, it collapses...
if the Steelers win this game, they most likely win the division... the Math would heavily favor them...
The Ravens would have 2 division losses, and 4 total. They have 3 common losses to our 2, and all three are AFC losses..
So if we swept Cinci and Cleveland, we lock in the tiebreaker...
even if we lost to KC, Philly, and the Ravens in Baltimore in that scenario, we would end up 12 -5.. they would have to go undefeated to finish 13-3 to beat us, because we'd have the tiebreaker..
A win this week basically opens a bunch of paths forward for us and not so much for the Ravens..

I predict whoever comes out hungrier wins.
Likely a close game vs a well known and disliked rival.
Hopefully our game plan includes exploitation of that piss poor pass D of theirs by Mr. Piss Missile rather than trying to run into the brick wall run D.
If we can handle Henry and make Lamar pass we win, in the past when we’ve tried to keep Lamar in pocket and be a passer it has led to good results…they also didn’t have a back of Henry’s caliber in the past.
I actually prefer being a home dog to give the guys some added motivation.
