Reggie has no clue whether the former QB is better than anyone at this point. Supposition <> reality. Pull your head out Reggie Collin was washed up before he became "woke".

Kaep is definitely better than a lot of backup QBs out there. However, the NFL decided Tebow wasn't worth the media circus and nobody says a word. It's the same with Kaepernick and I would like to hear his thoughts on it.
