The Pittsburgh Steelers haven't been certain about the most important position in all of football for quite some time now. They clearly viewed Aaron Rodgers as a better option than Russell Wilson and Justin Fields, considering the moves they made this offseason. They could have easily gotten a deal done with either Fields or Wilson at an affordable price, but chose to go in a different direction. Some Steelers fans have been upset, stating that the team is being held hostage by Rodgers. That’s up for debate, but it certainly appears as if the Steelers believe Rodgers coming to Pittsburgh is a sure thing—though insiders aren’t guaranteeing it.
