Report – TJ Watt Has Broken Ribs

The Pittsburgh Steelers will have TJ Watt for Sunday afternoon in Kansas City, but the star could he limited.

On the Tennessee Titans final drive last Sunday Watt had to leave for a play after a Titans lineman fell on his chest. Watt was seen holding his rib cage area on the sidelines and rubbing it when he went back into the game.


NFL insider Ian Rapport reported this morning that he has broken ribs. The only way to heal ribs is rest and Watt isn’t going to get that until the offseason at this point.

Geez! This kid keeps getting beat up but with how he plays it’s not surprising. TJ goes full throttle on every play. I hope he can not miss any time these last three games and pick up 4-5 more sacks which won’t be easy but it would give him DPOY award. Also consider he has 17-/2 sacks in 12 games. Hopefully he does not get screwed again. Should have gotten it two years ago instead of Stepon Gilmore who has pretty much disappeared.Last year was tough because Aaron Donald had great year but always thought he should have gotten it two years ago.

Saw that in the last game but he came back in and played through it to help win the game. Dude is a stud. After this game, our season is over. Just rest him.

If he has broken ribs he should be done. Super dangerous and it can kill a person.
