First off, he's so obnoxious all the time, it's hard to stomach. Secondly, I swear I heard him say at least half a dozen times that the Browns open their season against the Ravens. You mean to tell me you work for the NFL, and you're too stupid to check the schedule? The Browns open the season against the Steelers, dumbass!
On Thursday night, all he could talk about was Johnny Manziel, non stop. Today, every five minutes he keeps whining about Michael Sam, and why isn't he being picked. I swear with each passing pick that Sam isn't taken, he's closer to bawling like a baby. The NFL Network needs to get rid of him.

I watched most of it with the sound turned off. I'm sick of his and others man love for Manziel and their obvious desire for Sam to get picked so they can have a nice social agenda to pounce on.

I agree they're all pathetic, but he just really grates at me. He's so loud and obnoxious, and can't somebody correct his constant mistake saying the Browns open up against the Ravens? It's not that hard for somebody to say "Rich, what the hell are you talking about?"

I wasn't sure what to call him. He's beyond irritating.

Want to kill Rich Eisen? Start a rumor that Johnny Football is having an affair with Michael Sam. Eisen's head would explode with horrified glee.

I liked him when he worked with Stuart Scott on Sportscenter back in the day. Nowadays not so much.

Is there any reason to watch the NFLN? Was I the only one to not care where these draft prospects got their suit made? And why was that TV star(?) even in the picture? It's football, y'all, not PC stuff about Sam being gay, or suits, or Hollywood, etc.

Can't stand this modern culture.

I agree Djfan, I wanted to watch an NFL draft day 3, not a 7 hour gay agenda marathon.

I had stopped watching the NFL channel because of this suck up Eisen who really believes he is a comedian. Obvious he has something on the NFL to get his job

He used to be annoying when he was kissing up to Brady/Belichick non stop, but he's actually gotten worse. He provides no insight, nothing. Just loud annoyance!

You guys forget, he can run the 40yd dash, WITH HIS STREET SHOES ON!!!!!! What the **** more do yaz want?

Salute the nation

Eisen the most annoying? No way, Danielson and Verne are by far the most annoying analysts. Eisen is a host, who doesn't take himself to seriously.

The NFL channel coverage was horrible - they ignored almost all the Steelers picks while jabbering about QB's and punters , had to switch to ESPN to see actual talk about our picks.

Spike, they ignored every pick until Johnny Trademark got drafted. It wasn't personal, just building the hype for a sorry-*** Cleveland team that has been a debacle since Modell drove off with the franchise in the middle of the night.

bullshit - I know what a I saw - they never showed any clips of our late picks, ESPN did - Mel and McShay were 10,000X better than that blowhard Mayock with his blathering stories too

Spike's right, when Shazier was picked, NFL Network barely acknowledged it. They went straight from talking about the Bears pick to "Is Jerry gonna take Johnny".

They talked about Manziel during every damn pick until the punk *** was drafted. It was pseudo Brady Quinn and the green room debacle part 2. Agree the coverage sucked I never said otherwise.

Yep, it was by far the worst draft coverage I've ever seen with the non-stop Johnny Football crap, until it was trumped by the even worse non stop coverage of a borderline prospect who's getting his butt kissed for being into dudes.

Over the years since he left ESPMZ, he has become annoying and bias at times.

I noticed that too. I had to flip back and forth to see what was being said, who was showing game footage of the drafted players, avoiding the boring interviews while the draft picks were still being made.

Obviously none of you were drunk enough to properly enjoy it. I had already had three nice tall beers by the time the draft started, so I didin't find Rich annoying in the least! :)
