I think it is good to find some positives when they present themselves.

Steelers have good veteran depth at the position so achieving reps shows he is forcing himself onto the field with solid play...

It's fantastic that Herbig can sub in with little drop off to keep TJ and Highsmith fresh. It's really going to pay off as the season goes on. It would be really nice if our coaches could create a package that would get all 3 on the field at the same time for certain situations.

Looking at the stats TJ right now is on pace for a 20 sack season. Little off the record if it shakes out like that but regardless that would be a huge season for him...

Herbig seems like the full package. If he is capable, I’d consider getting in some ilb snaps to get him more active on the field. Hard to get a lot of reps behind Watt and Highsmith.
ILBer group is looking pretty stocked too unlike seasons past.

This is the best linebacker group depth wise that I can remember the Steelers having in some time.

Love the Herbig kid, I just wish we could get that production out of our "current" 1st rounder (LT Jones and it's not his fault on the playiong time)

I mean Holcomb is probably out for the season… so that depth took a hit… maybe Herbig does get some snaps inside just in case

I was wondering if they would do that. Might get him some extra snaps.
