I think escapability is more important than being a running QB that gains significant yardage. Ben had escapability until his last few seasons.

Agree... I don't think of Mahomes as a runner, escapability while looking downfield.

If you run to set up the pass you are a passing QB. If you run to run because you can and or your vision or accuracy is suspect you are a running QB.
