Clark keeps it real. Was DJ just being lazy on the play?

For everyone not named cooch that is dead and gone.Trade him before the deadline.
Nah. Stoopit. He had some giddyup in him. Martavius was stoopit too.Don’t forget Plaxico…he was lazy too.
I second this. Let's get in the hot tub time machine go back to before the deadline and trade his ***.He was pouting like a little girl. Trade him before the deadline.

Hall of game hines!Every wide receiver looks lazy compared to Hines Ward.
For running back, Rocky Bleier and Merril Hoge showed what toughness and grit were.
I think it’s a matter of he sees a better more talented receiver on the roster now so he fears Pickens messing up his next contractI think Ike Taylor nailed it.. DJ is Woodley-ing it.. got paid and now he lost his edge..
JuJu didn't take plays off either, he was a team playerThis is where you miss receivers like Hines Ward. Never took a play off. I didn't see a single analyst not bash DJ for that lack of effort.

It's tough for any of our WRs to get RAC/YAC production due to Canada's route concepts. All of them are running up a sideline or toward a sideline and the ball takes them OOB. Now that we're hitting the middle of the field again, I expect more YAC opportunities for all of our WRs moving forward. Hell if we hit the wide open GP, he had a shot at 6 on his post that KP just missed.Could be. I came across highlights from the last time the Steelers played the Cardinals. Johnson returned a punt for a touchdown in that game. He was electric with the ball in his hands not just on returns, but running after the catch. That aspect of his game seems to be gone.
