There was an injury report posted earlier about injuries to Saints players during the game with the gavens. It seems that one of their starting defensive tackles tore a quad during the game and is now on injured reserve. There maybe other injuries as well that are poping up on the saints and they may benefit the steelers in the next game. Supposedly this is one reason the run game was so effective against them. They may have made some adjustments to their defense since then so we will see how good their depth is.
Saints injury report:
RB Khiry Robinson (Forearm)
LB Kyle Knox (Hand)
NT Brodrick Bunkley (Quadricep)

G Ben Grubbs (Neck)
LB Curtis Lofton (Ankle)
CB Keenan Lewis (Knee)
C Jonathan Goodwin (Toe)

RB Mark Ingram (Shoulder)
RB Pierre Thomas (Rib/Shoulder)
WR Robert Meachem (Ankle)
RB Travaris Cadet (Hamstring)

below is a quote from that article:
"At 6'3" and 359 pounds, it seems impossible for Jenkins to be uprooted so easily. But two factors played into his poor play.
First, the second-year nose tackle was forced to play more snaps Monday than he has at any point during the season, according to Pro Football Focus' Nathan Jahnke:
Jenkins, a former third-round pick, tends to play with poor leverage. He will bend at the waist, which doesn't allow him to play with proper pad level to hold his ground"
