He seemed to be a quality RB. Shame someone so young is forced to retire because of injury. Hope his life is normal.

Dang, quality running back and I was hoping he would bounce back from injury. He fit in well with the Seahawks offense and hope he has a healthy retirement.

I always hope the players heal well and can continue on with their life's work. Make no mistake if their NFL money is managed to a somewhat degree, they wouldn't need to work much stress for paycheck.

The risk is there but so is the money.

Salute the nation

We get a lot of Seahawks coverage as Seattle is so close to Vancouver. A very good RB,I loved his style. Too bad about all his injuries. I wanted us to sign him instead of drafting Naj,and concentrate on The OLine in the draft.
He signed for way more than I thought he would. I definitely would have ****** that situation up. Steeler Nation would have been calling for my head!
Wishing you well in your retirement Chris.

This is great news for me. He won't crush one of my fantsay teams this year. He was great when healthy.

bummer, he was a good rb. not surprising, though, dude just stayed banged up all the time.

This sucks, Carson was a total beast, such a fun guy to watch. Never felt like he got the credit/ respect he deserved. Tough to come to town after a guy like Marshawn Lynch, similar to Willie Parker in Pitt right after Jerome Bettis.
