WhoAley **** Batman, three of the four teams in the NORTH division, are at the top.

Cleveland
Baltimore
PITTSBURGH

In that order for hardest schedule based on the NFL release of data.

I know a lot can change easily between now and end of season and, mostly these things mean jack-****……. But……

It5 never seems to fail the STEELERS generally are in the upper half, when it comes to this SOS release.

It's because their division is rarely weak. You don't get any AFC or NFC South schedules there.

Definitely SteelerSask2, our division has historically been tough. Now that Cleveland is a contender, it has grown even stronger than in the past.

The cheatriots reign included the weakest division in football for about 18 years. ADD in the cheating of course.

The division definately does make a difference to success.

PS

I also think our division has put the most "2" teams in the playoff than any other and I'd go as far to say that is true in the "3" team scenario as well...................

2nd Also: I venture out there to say our division has played a division rival in the AFCCG more than any other division as well.

(disclaimer: I didn't look up either stat)

everyone in the AFCN had winning records last year 3 of whom made the playoffs. Plus we have KC on the docket. Not at all shocked the SoS is so high

Past performance does not guarantee future success.

Way early pre-season SOS rankings are straight up bull shyte.

Best division in football.

That will be evident when every team in the AFC North makes the playoffs this year, despite 3 of the 4 teams having the top 3 toughest schedules in the league.

Oh pulllleeeezzeeee. You mean all those years with Cleveland and Cinci putting up 3-13 seasons, our div. was so super tough?????????????????? We had 4 games v. cupcakes every year just to start. No wonder we racked up div. titles like fishing for bluefish those years. Give it a break.

We came awfully close to having all three wild card teams last year... and still the SOS was historically great for the division... the last place team was the preseason favorite who still finished with a winning record... and they didn't pad their stats with games against bad divisions either... tge NFC west may have been the second toughest division in football and the AFC south was above average, picking up the other wildcard spot

AFC S. = Jax, Houston, TN and Indy. Could be tough again; any of those 4 teams could be legit but doubtful all will. Texans LOOK like they should be even better than last year but you just never can tell. Teams have had time to study CJ now so who knows. Jax could rebound to be tough again, of not. So hard to tell. There is a reason half the playoff teams are always replaced each season, half. It never fails.

It's more likely 2 out of the 3 will miss the playoffs. Maybe we get 2 in: div. winner and 1 WC. The East (Buff., NE, Mia., Jets) the South (Jax, TN, Hous., Indy) and the West ( KC, LAC, LV and Den.) will all be in the mix.
