Not sure where this belongs, but it seems that Stains owner Haslem is in court with Warren Buffet's Berkshire Hathaway, and being investigated by the SEC, over an attempt to inflate earnings at the Pilot chain to force a higher buyout.....probably to pay Watson, lol:

Yes sir ... large trucking companies were supposed to get fuel rebates ............. company had to 92 million in fines .......... Haslem denied knowing about it

Man for as respected as Rooney family has been over the years, we sure have some “questionable character” former minority owners. Haslam, Tepper….good riddance.
